DNA Testing Identifies Last Resting Place of The Most Famous Italian Painter

The most famous Italian painter in 1600s Michelangelo Merisi Da Caravaggio, who had changed the history of modern art which is also the major inspiration of all modern artists of the world – finally found his last resting place through the combination of carbon dating and DNA tests.
Basically, it seems impossible to use ancient DNA to trace down one’s lineage because of the DNA degradation but according to anthropologist Gior Gruppioni, it seems possible because he and his research team able to find all necessary elements to perform both carbon dating and DNA tests.
