DNA Knot
It was an eccentric short-and-brief experience when I saw a single DNA strand was making a knot.
Complexity lies in this DNA knot which causes difficulties for a cell to read genes in cell’s nucleus.
Such a discovery has given researchers an insight into importance of untangled DNA-enzymes which could lead them to other possibilities in knowing the mode of action of cancer drugs.

Watch the single DNA strand making a simple knot.
Here’s about the DNA knotting description from Physical Review Focus:
“The white dot is a bead attached to one end of the DNA molecule. It is looped around and then fed through the loop to form the knot, which is then tightened. The sliding white bar at the top indicates the depth of the bead. (You may need to increase your monitor’s brightness to see the DNA strand.)”
