This is taking me a time period of two days but it looks really good and I'm getting a good grade for it. The website verified that all the samples had been received and started testing on the 13, now over a month later i still do not have the results. Apparently the baby's sample had to be recollected but they didn't bother calling to tell me, i had to contact them 14 business days after i sent the samples in. After resending the baby's samples i called a week later (yesterday) and was told they had not received the new sample yet to start testing again and could not call to verify when they do get them, i have to call back to check and see if they got the new sample every day. Will never recommend this company to anyone. I send out everything on March 11.
