There is another way to find out whether your child have the potential of becoming an athlete – is through DNA testing, by identifying a gene called ACTN3 in which can predict certain athletic skills. Most experts believe this ACTN3 gene able to tell whether a child is capable of being a sprinter or a marathon runner due to the two versions of the gene – the R and X variants.

It has been quite some time to track Alex Haley ancestors which he claimed that he and his nephews are genetically related to a woman from south Wales who has traced her lineage back to 17th Century Scotland.
From the DNA testing report, it has shown that the DNA evidence supports anecdotes that another ancestor was a white man working on a slave plantation.
